I have taken deep dives and acquired numerous certifications in a multitude of modalities - extracting the most effective elements to optimally serve you. I take complex principles and simplify them so they are easy to navigate and feel attainable, pragmatic, and constructive.

It doesn't matter if you have never worked with a coach, are new to the healing arts, don't have a spiritual practice, or have done so for years. Wherever you are now, I promise to meet you right there.

I created this mentorship because when I went through my own transformation, I had no one to guide me​...​

The way I made sense of the world no longer resonated with me and I was confused and afraid. In my seeking to find support and solace, I discovered my purpose and vowed to support other women who may be experiencing the same. I created the Twelve Aspects of Self Mentorship so that you don’t have to navigate the changes and growth alone, which can be ​simultaneously ​exciting ​and ​painful.

During the course of this mentorship, you will see that you can and will live a life ​of integrity ​beyond your wildest dreams. In this safe container, I will teach you and your cohorts how to stand in your power, reclaim your essence, and align with all aspects of yourself, ​so that you can attract a life full of abundance.

Balance isn’t about being perfect at everything, it's about honoring and holding a space for all aspects of ourselves​ consistently and with compassion.
