The Exploratory Session is complimentary, however, I do ask for a fully refundable security deposit.

Please cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance.

Should you not cancel or attend our scheduled appointment within the first 15-minutes, I reserve the right to hold 50% of your deposit and will refund you the balance.

I understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule, let me know, and we will find another date/time.

Should we decide not to work together, I will refund you the full amount after our session. Should we decide to work together, I will apply the $100 to whichever coaching packet or a la carte service/s you select.

Sara is the most incredible communicator and facilitator. She has a way of expressing her wisdom and offering guidance which resonates with me so well. I am a person who values variety in my life, therefore, I really appreciate that Sara's creativity and intuition, enable her to pivot when necessary. The other day I was having a difficult time expressing myself in words and she used a guided meditation and then coached me with art, allowing me to access some deep subconscious blocks. Sara is like the Mary Poppins of coaching! You never know what to expect, but you know that you are always in safe and wise hands!
